30 Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied in any way with the products that you purchased from our website, please contact us to return them within 7 days of receiving your package. You must then return the package within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Our customer service staff will do their best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible by assisting you with one of the following options 1.Delivering another item 2. Replacing your order 3. Refunding the amount paid after deducting our restocking fee of 20% of the product price (shipping fee will not be refunded).
All sale items are not covered by our 30 day guarantee.

Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. Include all original packaging and collateral material. Damaged goods due to customer negligence will not be accepted.

  2. You must then ship to us within 30 days of receiving your package: Send the package via a traceable carrier so that you can track your package if necessary (FedEx, UPS, DHL). Our return shipping address:

We will not send email confirmation for packages received.

For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. Oregon Scientific is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.

A prompt refund to your PayPal account will be issued if the item is in its original condition and all the information referred to above is received.
